"I contracted with Patino Protective Services for night security, 12 hours per day, to cover a new build for about six weeks of security. There were so many unknowns with new construction and we were getting broken into on the regular. I called and reached Dave, and he graciously provided last minute scheduling to cover our property and I received regular updates on any happenings via text every night if there were suspicious visitors, unanticipated contractors showing up after hours, new holes created in the temporary chain link fencing, etc. Communication and flexibility were OUTSTANDING and we had several last minute requests for extension since the contractor dates kept changing on our new build. I highly recommend Patino Protective Services, you will not be disappointed. Communication, service, professionalism, and Dave walks you through the process and expectations very calmly, professionally and efficiently even when this entire process is very new to you. Very much appreciate Dave and his security team!"
